Pink Parlor Studios is located in historic Bath, Maine. We offer a variety of dance classes for all levels-beginner to advanced. Classes will include modifications and previous dance experience is not required. Everyone will feel welcome, empowered and successful! Along with a variety of dance styles, PPS will encourage creative movement and exploration to help bring out your inner Showgirl! With years of experience and a flair for the fabulous, our instructors each bring a unique style of teaching that will give you confidence on and off the dance floor. Whether you are putting your dance shoes on for the the first time or entering your first competition, PPS has something for everyone. We know how important it is to take care of that dancing body so in addition to our movement classes, we offer some in-house wellness services, like massage therapy. With events, workshops, shows, and other special occasions, we strive to build a safe and inclusive space and create community in our little Maine studio. Welcome to the Glam Fam!
Sweet Dee & Mad Maxim

Sweet Dee began performing at the age of 9 and hasn’t slowed down since. Her early dance training began on the drill team in her hometown of Austin, TX. After graduating high school, she began exploring and learning different styles of dance such as contemporary and Latin ballroom. After graduating college she spent her days learning about alternative wellness and her nights go-go dancing in nightclubs. In 2010 she discovered burlesque and pole dancing and immediately took to the stage and classroom. She now has 35 years of performance and over 25 years of teaching experience in a variety of styles. When she’s not on stage or instructing, you can find her with clients, tending to their wellness needs. Dee is currently performing in Maine as well as numerous festivals. She opened Pink Parlor Studios in May of 2024 with her husband and dance partner, a dream she’s had since 1997. He performs under the stage name Mad Maxim and helps with various digital media around the studio.
